Andrew Garfield spills his top eight Drag Race queens

Golden Globe Award-winning actor Andrew Garfield stopped by Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday night. Garfield, a self-proclaimed Drag Race fanatic, named his eight favorite drag contestants from the cult competition show. 

"Good luck and don't fuck it up," Cohen said to the "Amazing Spider-Man" actor. 

"I have eight people here that I can't decide between, and I could never put these in order," Garfield told Cohen, who was eager to hear Garfield's top picks. 

 

 

"So, you remember Vivacious?" he asked Cohen as he began his all-star roster. The Jamaican drag legend debuted in season 6 with an iconic entrance. "Remember her entrance with Ornacia on top of her head? I think that may be one of my favorite moments."

Drag Race legend Jinkx Monsoon was also a favorite of Garfield. "I think, just as a fully rounded Queen, may be like, maybe number one.” 

"Is that crazy? I love Jinkx," he said. 

Next up was Katya from season seven, praising her comedy skills. " Katya, I adore. She's one of the funnier [queens].”

He also named Jujubee from season 2 and Shea Couleé from season nine. "That body and how she moves," he said, describing Couleé. "She's just again just so fucking fully rounded."

"Manila Luzon, kind of underrated queen…In my head," Garfield said of the multi-seasoned Filipina queen.

No surprise to see season five runner-up and winner of All Stars 2 on his list, "And of course, Alaska, just genius legend."

Finally, concluding Garfield's carefully arranged faves is Texan queen Alyssa Edwards; he even paid homage to what might be one of the franchise's most popular confrontations. “Back rolls, Alyssa Edwards," calling back to that iconic confrontation between Edwards and Jade Jolie.

"I love this list," the Bravo host said, "and I love what a well-rounded queen you are, Andrew Garfield!”

Manila Luzon gave the love right back to the actor, tweeting: “Andrew Garfield is one of my Top 5 favorite Spider-Mans.”

Jinkx Monsoon also responded to her acknowledgement with a hilarious GIF. 

 

 

Andrew appeared on RuPaul's Drag Race UK season one as a judge for the season's first episode in 2019.
