SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING TERMS

All renewing Subscription Box orders ship at the same time. New subscribers may have to wait until the box release to receive their delivery. If the homepage states the box is "NOW SHIPPING" then the store terms in the following paragraph apply.

For Pay Per Box subscriptions, customers pay full shipping charge on first box and a discounted rate on all future boxes while that subscription stays active ($4.99 for Continental US and $6.99 for Outlying US).

Prepaid Subscriptions (Annual and 2 Box Subscriptions) pay the discounted rate upfront from the number of boxes they are prepaying (Annual = 4 Boxes, 2 Box = 2 boxes).

One-Time Box purchases pay the full shipping charge. 

STORE SHIPPING TERMS

All domestic STORE orders will ship within 48 business hours from the time the order is placed. While shipping transit and delivery times vary, majority of our packages arrive within 3 business days. Lost package claims cannot be filed until 10 business days from the date it has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may take additional time to prepare before it begins moving and may take up to 14 business days for delivery. We offer two shipping options:

• Passport International Shipping, which ships Duties Paid and should deliver without the need for additional customs payment when it arrives to your location for delivery. Not all orders are eligible for Passport International Shipping.
  
  
• UPS World Wide Shipping, which does not ship Duties Paid and you will be responsible for any duties and/or customs once the order arrives to your Country.
