A new series is coming to WOWPresents Plus featuring two iconic RuPaul’s Drag Race queens— Symone and Gigi Goode.
Avalon TV will premiere on 9 October and will focus on the legendary house that brought up the two drag stars. The show will also include other House of Avalon stars such as Marko Monroe, Hunter Crenshaw, Grant Vanderbilt, Caleb, and Rylie.
The show Avalon TV is described as a “part talk show, part sketch comedy, part follow-style documentary.” An official synopsis of the program reads:”Avalon TV is an off-the-wall, over-the-top, and under-the-wig series that takes you inside the brains of LA’s hottest creative collective, The House Of Avalon.
“Whether it’s fashion, nightlife, drag, art, comedy, or media – this chosen family is creating one iconic pop culture moment after another, and skyrocketing to success by their own set of rules.
“Marko Monroe, Hunter Crenshaw, Symone, Grant Vanderbilt, Caleb, Gigi Goode, and Rylie star in this genre-bending series filled with real-life drama, pranks, parties, and celebrity guests galore.”
Viewers can expect to see special guests like Trixie Mattel, Sasha Colby, Orville Peck, Ts Madison, Dominique Jackson, Fenton Bailey, Ricky Thompson, Isis King, Abby Lee Miller, Nicole Byer, and Taylor Hale, among others.
The trailer for the show takes on some inspiration from the Spice Girl’s famed “toilet paper trailer” starring Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel C, and Mel B.
