Get ready for a whole new season of the icon RuPaul's Drag Race UK! It seems all of us will be able to catch the new season sooner rather than later!
The BBC recently teases fans of the show with a small snippet of the upcoming season 3 cast. A new set of fabulous queens are set to compete in the "Olympics of Drag." Each is hopeful to snag the coveted crown and title as the next Drag Race Superstar.
And while the names of the Queens taking part haven't been announced just yet, BBC Three's Twitter account has shared a sneak peek video teasing the new arrivals, with clips of the Queens' hands looking fierce, complete with colorful claws and glittering jewels.
When the series returns later this year, fans will see 12 Queens face challenges designed to fully test their Drag skills and personas over the course of 10 episodes.
They later added, "Keep your eyes peeled for more #DragRaceUK Series 3 ru-veals coming very, very soon!"
The announcement comes just weeks after season one winner The Vivienne made a guest appearance on the Emmerdale soap opera to help celebrate Pride Month.
Following her guest appearance, she received much praise for her "amazing" scenes.
"The first Pride, I mean what an honour to be part of that. It's all really relaxed and dead good fun, what more could I want, it's Emmerdale!'' she told Digital Spy. "It's not only an honour to be here, it's amazing to be making history by being in Emmerdale's first Pride event, making sure the LGBTQ+ community have a voice in soaps," she continued.
Last season drew big viewers, with the season two finale airing in March this year, where Scottish Queen Lawrence Chaney took hold of the jewel-encrusted sceptre.
RuPaul's Drag Race UK series 3 will stream on BBC Three in the UK and on WOW Presents Plus in the US.
