On this week’s grand finale, the final four contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race UK fought for a chance to be the season 2 winner. Bimini, Ellie Diamond, Lawrence Chaney and Tayce competed in a lyric battle for the crown with a remixed version of RuPaul’s track "A Little Bit of Love."

After sashaying the runway in their final eleganza, making their cases to the judges and flipping, splitting and kicking to the beat of Elton John’s pop classic I’m Still Standing, audiences were dying to know their new queen!

However, there was one moment that made the contestants and the audience grab for tissues. RuPaul, with photos of the queens' younger selves at the ready, asked each contestant to offer wisdom to their youth before the crowning.

Ellie Diamond advised her younger self to "Stick to the yellow-brick road and get to ours In the end."

"You are going to lose yourself. But the kindness that you give to people— don't ever lose that," said Bimini as she began to tear up.

Tayce as she giggled at her 6 year-old-self posing for the camera. Her advice: "Never retaliate. Keep your head up high and always smile."

As for Chaney, she said to "Genuinely relax and have a laugh because you are a superstar."

And the winner is...

After a memorable second season, Mama Ru crowned Lawrence Chaney as "Britain's Next Drag Superstar!"

Not only is Lawrence the first reining Scottish queen but Lawrence is also the first plus-size queen to win in Drag Race herstory!

Though initially confused, Chaney cried as RuPaul called her name. Meanwhile, the three other finalists celebrated at a small ceremony hosted by Charity Shop Sue.

In addition, fan favorite queen Bimini Bon Boulash took home the coveted Miss Congeniality title.

“I’m so proud of my journey on Drag Race UK. All I wanted was to make it to the final. Whatever would happen after would be a bonus,” she wrote in a tweet.

When asked how it felt to be a queen of firsts, Lawrence says she is proud.

"I wanted to prove you can have nice makeup and be a comedy queen, you can be plus size and still have nice outfits," Lawrence told Yahoo Entertainment. "You know I wanted to prove all that and I hope I have. I would love to be the first plus size cover girl. Who knows?"
