After two year, RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race is back on VH1 and the trailed is chalked with surprises!

The newly released trailer informs us that nine celebrity contestants will now perform in front of a live studio audience through a complete drag makeover and various lip sync challenges. They will also team up with “Drag Race” queens to make an impression, all while they try to keep their true identities concealed until their elimination.

From the looks of the trailer, the celebrities are going all out for their performances, including access to dancers, props and stellar costumes, making for a truly memorable act.

The three mentors for the season who will help the celebs throughout their “Drag Race journey” are legends Brooke Lynn Heights, Jujubee, and Monét X Change.

Meanwhile, the legendary Eureka, Gottmik, Katya, Morgan McMichaels, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, and Violet Chachki are also slated to make appearances.

With the show going in a “Masked Singer” direction, surprises and hijinks are sure to arise thoughout the season. Fans will also notice that gone is the iconic runway and instead is a grand stage to make room for an excited audience.

Not everything has changed though. The nine famous contestants will once again compete for charity. Whomsoever is crowned “America’s Next Celeb Drag Superstar” will earn $100,000 for their organization of choice. As always, RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, and Ross Mathews will serve as permanent judges.

Season one of the show featured the likes of Vanessa Williams, Jordan Connor, Loni Love, and Hayley Kiyoko. Ultimately, Connor took home the crown with a little help from Trixie Mattel.
