Katy Perry accused of sexual harassing Ruby Rose and drag performer Jordan L'Moore

Katy Perry is under fire after actress Ruby Rose and a drag performer named Jordan L’Moore accused the pop star of sexual harassment in separate incidents.

Rose’s allegations came to light after responding to a Threads post from the Complex Music account about Perry’s reaction to Justin Bieber’s Coachella set.

“Katy Perry sexual assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne,” Rose wrote on the post. “Who gives a shit what she thinks.”

In a follow-up post, the "Orange is the New Black" star detailed the assault that happened nearly 20 years ago while responding to a fellow social media user.

“She didn’t kiss me. She saw me ‘resting’ on my best friends lap to avoid her and bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomited on her.”

“After it I threw up on her, I told the story publicly but changed it to be a ‘funny little drunk story’ because I didn’t know how else to handle it,” Rose responded to another fan. “Later she agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I DID tell yall she wasn’t a good person. ”

“It has taken almost 2 decades to say this publicly,” she said. “Though I am so grateful to have made it long enough to find my voice, it just shows how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault takes. Thank you for seeing me.

When another user asked if she was worried that Perry would retaliate with legal action, she was confident in the evidence going in her favor.

“She is more than welcome to sue me (she won’t, because it happened, I have photos and it was literally in public and witnessed by multiple people),” Rose wrote. “Plus there is so much more that happened in the years leading up to her silly song she won’t want me discussing. The psychological manipulation was strong with that one.”

Rose later revealed she has filed a police report on the “Swish Swish” singer, writing: “As of this afternoon, I have finalized all of my reports,” Rose on Threads. “This means I am no longer able to comment, repost, or talk publicly about any of those cases, or the individuals involved.”

Now, another accusation comes from drag queen Jordan L’Moore after posting to Threads her upsetting encounter with Perry, and says she believes Ruby Rose’s claims.

They recall a show early in Perry’s career at ‘The Fillmore’ where they attended with the drummer of ‘The Go-Go’s’, Gina Schock.

Moore explains how the two were led to the front of Perry’s meet and greet line, where she introduced herself as a member of the drag band called PEPPERSPRAY.

“You do DRAG?” L’Moore alleged Katy said before dragging her away from the meet and greet section and to her dressing room downstairs. There, L’Moore says Karty ordered her to put on one of her costumes.

L’Moore says that when she said no, Katy began to pull at their clothes despite the multiple objections.

“I'm like STOP, but she's not stopping,” L’Moore wrote. “At this point her manager comes in and basically shuts it down while she’s starting to pull at my jeans.

“He's like, 'Katy you have to go sign the posters for the girls upstairs, we don't have time for this!' And he leads her away while she's arguing with him. I feel relieved that I'm not going to be forced into a tutti-fruity costume that absolutely won't fit me, and I'm shaken.”

A representative for Perry issued a statement to Variety, outright denying the claims made against her by Rose.

“The allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies,” Perry told Variety through a representative.

“Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named.”

There has been no statement made regarding L’Moores recent claims against the pop singer.
