Lemon claps back at haters after Canada vs The World win

Drag Race Canada vs The World recently announced Lemon as the winner of season two of the show.

After winning two challenges and beating the competition in a final lipsync to Celine Dion’s 1992 track “Love Can Move Mountains”, Lemon was officially inducted into the Drag Race Hall of Fame.

Despite both Lemon and Alexis Mateo displaying charisma uniqueness nerve and talent, host Brooklyn Hytes announced Lemon as the winner.

Lemon previously competed on season 1 of UK vs The World as well as Canada’s Drag Race season 1.

While most were happy to congratulate the queen on her win, others accused the production of rigging the competition in her favor.

“i hope one day you all do so well at something that people say it was set up for you i competed fair and square just like everyone else but you don’t have to believe me!!! you can think someone gifted me $100000 for no reason as long as u remember it came w a crown” wrote Lemon in a post to X.

Lemon also came for Silky Nutmeg Ganache after she posted on X, further pushing the narrative that her win was set up from the get-go.

“If you don’t want someone to win you just don’t show them in a lipsync. Reminds me of bootylicious,” wrote Ganache.

Lemon quickly commented back: “Always been a fan of yours, really sad to see someone who’s gotten such hatred from this fandom act just like them take care, and much success to you!!”

“Being a fan and production editing her out are 2 different things Congratulations though!!!!” responded Ganache.

A viewer wrote, “Lemon was just better”, Silky replied: “Said no one.”
