For the first time in forever, drag shows are slowly coming back to marquees across the country. Recently, RuPaul’s Drag Race announced the return of RuPaul’s Drag Race: LIVE in Las Vegas.
All of our favorite queens are returning to the Flamingo Showroom. At prices starting at $49, Drag Race fans can watch performances starring the likes of Asia O’Hara, Derrick Barry, Kameron Michaels, Naomi Smalls, Vanessa “Vanjie” Matteo, and Yvie Oddly.
However, that’s not all that’s coming to the show. Where would a great queen be without her pit crew?
That’s right! Not only are fans getting a new show, but also an updated lineup of the muscled hunks.
On “Drag Race” episodes, the group of fit men typically assist RuPaul and contestants in various challenges on the show. While they usually have little dialogue during the show, they prove to be great eye candy amid the contest craziness.
However, now they are tasked with pumping up the audience.
In Vegas, the Pit Crew is helping as backup dancers for the queens. It goes without saying the latest squad is being put through their paces as true dancers.
