Morphine Love Dion updates fans on recovery after car accident

Morphine Love Dion is giving fans an update after being involved in a fatal car accident.

Last week, Dion and fellow queen Kaos were involved in a severe car accident during their time in Los Angeles to attend RuPaul's DragCon.

"First and foremost, I want [to] thank everyone for all the love and positive messages I have been receiving. As many of you know, last weekend, I was in a serious car accident suffering a fractured collarbone. I also broke my jaw in half for which I needed surgery to repair and lead to the loss of several teeth. I'm still a bit sad and traumatized but extremely grateful and happy to be alive."

She continued, "I am back in Miami focusing on my recovery. I will continue to post updates periodically and ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. I want to send a special thank you to WOW, MTV/ Paramount, my manager Natasha, and my closest friends for taking care of me and helping with my accommodations. You have been nothing but amazing to me."

"I love you all so so so much and hope to be back doing what I love very soon," Morphine concluded. "Los quiero mucho y hasta la próxima."

According to reports, the accident left Dion with a fractured collarbone and a jaw injury, which required the queen to undergo surgery.

Kaos suffered a fractured collarbone, broken ribs, stitches, and a concussion that led to a seizure.

Kaos also gave an update of her own, writing “"First off, I just want to thank everyone that has reached out with the kind and positive messages, it truly means a lot. As a lot of you already know I was in a serious car accident last weekend. I am now home resting with family and loved ones.”

“This accident still has myself, Morphine, and our friends shook up so l will be taking some time off my phone to recover more and relax,” she continued.

“I tried to get a little back to normal this weekend but my body is obviously telling me I need more time."

We wish both queens a full and speedy recovery and can't wait to see them perform again!
