Some of your favourite Drag Race alumni are returning to the stage again for a special live broadcast to celebrate the 1,000th performance of RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!
The extravaganza will be televised from the Flamingo in Las Vegas and will feature a star-studded roster of queens to perform. Names like Asia O’Hara, Ginger Minj, Jaida Essence Hall, Kylie Sonique Love, Morphine Love Dion, Plane Jane, and the cast of the show's current season.
Fans are also promised some surprise cameos from some very special guests.
“Our 1,000th performance confirms that ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!’ is a must-see experience worthy of Vegas’s iconic strip. It is a testament to the charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent of the many queens who have both appeared on the TV show and dazzled audiences from the stage of the legendary Flamingo,” said World of Wonder co-founders Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato.
"We're thrilled to celebrate this milestone on WOW Presents Plus, with a live broadcast of the 1,000th show, and a brand-new season of ‘RuPaul's Drag Race Live! Untucked,' taking viewers behind the scenes."
That’s right! The second season of "RuPaul's Drag Race Live! Untucked" will premiere on April 4. Rumor has it that the current reigning winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race" Season 16, Nymphia Wind, will be joining the cast.
Season two will return in a similar format and with the cast of returning queens: Derrick Barry, Bosco, Lawrence Chaney, Kennedy Davenport, and Latrice Royale. The show gives fans a BTS peek at the Vegas shennanigans.
The WOW Presents Plus global broadcast of the performance will air on March 15, following which it will live permanently on the platform.
