Willam and Jaremi Carey rekindle decades-long beef

Call 2026 “The Year if Feuds” because ALL the queens are out for beef!

This time it’s Drag Race alumni Willam and Jaremi Carey (formerly known as Phi Phi O’Hara). The two have reignited their decades-old fight last week.

Avid Drag Race fans will remember the origins of their feud back in 2012 after Willam was infamously disqualified from their season.

Their drama has turned public again during a viewing party for the new season of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

While appearing alongside Mistress Isabelle Brooks, squashing out their own beef, Willam admitted that she “said something which I probably shouldn’t have said, which was, if I was on a reality show with [Mistress], I would’ve bopped her.”

“I can understand how that sounds like a violent threat to somebody,” Willam continued. “But when I was on a reality show, I planned to bop a girl to get sent home, Phi Phi, if they didn’t send me home. So I was literally repeating the same thing that I’ve said for a decade.”

Carey was quick to clap back, writing:  “Bop me!? That’s news to me Lol.”

“I’m glad for Willam’s sake their plan didn’t go through,” Carey continued.

“I don’t think anyone should really ‘bop’ anyone, especially someone who had to fight abuse from their Dad growing up, their abusive exes and surviving when they lived on the streets for a bit… It's nice now knowing how I can look at words like Willam’s and let it just run off my back and laugh, the old me… not at all.”

A few days later, Willam responded calling them lucky to be disqualified before “Plan B(op)” went into effect.

She continued, writing “also lucky for you because when I went to jail it was for BATTERY too. It woulda been a KO.”

“Idk why you are living in the past Willam,” Carey shot back. “But I find it funny that you are acting big here now with these years old late reads about my time on RPDR...... in 2012 lmfaooo… Imma let you think you would win that fight though lol by your response you seem to be in a place of needing validation or a win. Best of luck in life.”

In another post, Willam accused Carey of being “so cruel to me, Jiggly [Caliente] and others during our time together on & off the show.”

“Willam, for years, when people bring you up to me, I have talked nothing but highly about you… apparently YOU have the issue. Jiggly was my best friend, so how dare you try to bring her name into this, she was a fan of yours, not your best friend.”

Jiggly Caliente tragically passed away in April 2025 and forged a very close friendship with Carey.

“Years, and I mean YEARS now, I still remain on your mind and a talking point in your content as you try and hold onto the little bit of RPDR you can,” Carey continued.

“While I moved on, married, and [am] living a happy gay nerdy life. I don’t need to block anyone, if you feel your peace is disturbed the button is there for you to use as well. My peace will no longer be disturbed by your inability to grow up 💙.”
