Yvie Oddly dishes on memoir and which reality show they want to do next

RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Yvie Oddly is opening up the library with new details about their brand new memoir heading to sale stands starting June 19.

“I have a story,” Oddly told The Advocate. “I was going through a lot of things at the time when the idea was first tossed around, and I was really having a hard time piecing together a future for myself.”

Their memoir illustrates Yvie’s childhood and their early career in Denver. It will also divulge some tea about Yvie’s time on the set of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

The 30-year-old queen was also eager to share their desire to be featured on the hit reality show Traitors.

“Get me on The Traitors. Get me in!” Yvie, 30, told Us Weekly while discussing their new memoir, All About Yvie: Into the Oddity.

“I’m really competitive and I love reality TV,” Yvie continued. “So I’d do anything that doesn’t put my personal art form as being the thing that determines whether or not I deserve to be a human being. [But] if we’re talking about my shady-ass personality, get me in The Traitors.”

The Traitors, which airs on Peacock, is filming its third season. Bob the Drag Queen is a part of the newest season’s cast alongside reality stars including, Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause and The Bachelorette‘s Gabby Windey.

Previously, the only other Drag Race contestant to star on The Traitors was Peppermint in season 2.

Oddly took home the crown during her season 11 stint on Drag Race before returning for All Stars season 7.

"If there's anything that you can take away from this book, you get to see exactly how I became the person that everyone got to know on season eleven,” Oddly tells PRIDE.

“What in my life led me to be such an argumentative and very creative, unique human being? It's not all sunshine and rainbows. To polish a gem, you have to eat a turd."
